The Hubby

While it is commonly assumed that the center of the solar system is the Sun, this isn’t always true; in this crazy house, the hubby is generally near the center, and with good reason.

He tends to be a bit mouse-like himself, to be honest. He’s not very fond of people overall, though he does enjoy chatting on IRC, and occasionally taking a night off to play pool with the guys. He, too, is very quiet and unassuming, as many computer geeks tend to be, but he also has a loud streak. Sometimes, he just needs to be heard.

Some of his other talents include programming in half a dozen languages, being able to fix pretty much any computer issue one could ever have, and being able to learn anything he’s interested in so thoroughly that it just amazes.

His learning ability has taken him through several interests, from remote controlled gas-powered airplanes to kites, cars and carpentry. It can be quite difficult to live with someone who picks things up so easily, but he’s always happy to explain and share his latest interest with anyone who’s willing to listen.

And so, you could say that he is the brightness in the house, and we all love him to pieces.
